We collect your personal information in order to complete due diligence for selection of tenants. Besides our staff we may share this information with a Government Department, the Police or as required by official notice. We may also share your information with a debt collector for the purpose of debt collection.
If you have entered into a tenancy agreement as a result of an application through Tenancy Practice Services being successful, then the information provided in this application will form part of the tenancy agreement.
How is your information stored?
Your information is encrypted and stored on servers by the Tenancy Practice Service Ltd. Your tenancy information is stored on a Property Management secure Cloud Based Database and only authorised staff will have access to this information. The information is also password and security question protected.
The Landlord/Owner
A copy of your tenancy application may be supplied to the Landlord if requested for specific and valid reasons.
Providing some information is optional. If you choose not to enter personal names, identification, proof of income, we’ll possibly be unable to accept you as tenants.
You have the right to ask for a copy of any personal information we hold about you, and to ask for it to be corrected if you think it is wrong.
