With consistently low rent arrears over our whole portfolio of properties, and many ‘zero or less than 1% arrears’ awards, we are committed at all times to ensure we are collecting rents on time, and our results speak for themselves!
Regular Payments and Financial Statements
We pay our landlords every fortnight, with straight forward financial records and monthly statements as well as End of Financial Year statements. There is no need for our clients to hand their accountant a shoe box of receipts or search through bank statements, our property management software ensures records are accurate, making our landlords’ job so much easier.

Effectively marketing the property to the right people is important – we have the tools and knowledge to ensure maximum interest which in turn ensures maximum return and minimum vacancy rates.
