We have had another win at the Tenancy Tribunal this morning!
The owner who was previously looking after the property themselves – came to me a few weeks back very stressed as the tenant was not paying the rent or looking after the property – and they wanted her gone! Enter Morris & Co Property Management… Tenant = 0 | Morris & Co PM = 1!
But the real winner was the owner of the property who is ecstatic that the tenant has left, the tribunal have awarded them all the costs, and the debt is lodged – and no stress for them!!
