Regular Payments and Financial Statements
We pay our landlords every fortnight, with straight forward financial records and monthly statements as well as End of Financial Year statements. There is no need for our clients to hand their accountant a shoe box of receipts or search through bank statements, our property management software ensures records are accurate, making our landlords’ job so much easier.

Effectively marketing the property to the right people is important – we have the tools and knowledge to ensure maximum interest which in turn ensures maximum return and minimum vacancy rates. This starts from the beginning with professional photographs and listings featured on all the main websites, as well as access to our extensive database of tenants.
