Switching to Morris & Co Property Management is easy
If your property is currently managed by another company or yourself and you want to switch to Morris & Co Property Management we can help you to organise this by liaising with your current property management company and arranging them to provide us with the following:
➤ A copy of the current Tenancy Agreement.
➤ A signed ‘Change of Landlord/Agent form’ for the bond.
➤ A transaction history for the tenancy.
➤ A photocopy of the keys provided to the tenants.
➤ A copy of the condition report prepared at the beginning of the tenancy.
➤ Any breach notices issued during the tenancy.
➤ A copy of any Tenancy Tribunal or Mediator’s orders.
Most companies have a specified period for terminating their services. This can vary from 1 week to 3 months or more and should be outlined in your management agreement with that agency.
